As many of you know, I have been reading a lot of books on the persecution of Christians, both past and present. Recently, I have finished reading several outstanding books.
Foxe: Voices of the Martyrs was a challenging book that had me feeling different emotions as I read it. At times I felt excited about the glorious legacy left behind as I read of different martyrs. Then there were other times I placed myself in the shoes of these brothers and sisters and wondered what I would have done in their place. I would encourage all of you to read it!
