India- Bomb Set Off and Pastor Shot During Church Service

On March 8, a twenty-five year old man set off a bomb and shot a pastor during the church service. The man did this in an attempt to stop conversions to Christianity.

Police Inspector Hari Krishna Mandal told Compass that the attacker, Rajesh
Singh, had come fully prepared to kill the pastor, Vinod Kumar, in Baraw village
in the Nasriganj area of Rohtas district, and then take his own life.

North Korea Taken Off of US Terrorism List

Last weekend, the US government took North Korea (NK) of it's terrorism list. This list shows countries that sponsor terrorism.

Sadly, North Korea is the number one persecutor of Christians. It has been on the top of the Open Doors World Watch List (see list) for the last six years!

Algeria-Closing Churches Down

Since November, the police have closed 19 churches in Algeria. Three having been closed in the last week. Some reasons would be that the government is equating evangelism with terrorism, etc.
